    Inventory Associate

    Responsible to receive, handle, issue, and account for inventory stock; enter and retrieve electronic records; complete paperwork for material receipt and distribution.  Must be able to read and understand written and verbal work orders; follow detailed instructions; and communicate questions and suggestions to supervisor.  Requires hand/finger dexterity; visual acuity; ability to lift/carry/push/pull materials; ability to stand for extended periods of time in an area with limited climate control.    Inventory/warehouse experience strongly preferred.

  •  Shipping Associate

    Shipping Associate

    Responsible to deliver and pick up materials and parts in the Wichita area; receive, check, store and issue materials; load, unload and deliver materials to various locations throughout the facility; prepare and package parts using proper procedures and materials; use computer hardware/software to maintain inventory, enter and retrieve data and other computer input requirements.  Must be able to read and understand written and verbal work orders; follow detailed instructions; and communicate questions and suggestions to supervisor.  Requires hand/finger dexterity; visual acuity; ability to lift/carry/push/pull materials; ability to stand for extended periods of time in an area with limited climate control.    Requires current valid driver’s license with a good driving record, and ability to secure a DOT certificate.

    Upholstery Packager

    Waterjet Associate

    Responsible for operation of CNC waterjet equipment.  Duties include:  set up materials, use of computer to select and run the appropriate programs, and monitor the machine operation.  Must be able to read and understand written and verbal work orders; follow detailed instructions; and communicate questions and suggestions to supervisor.  Requires hand/finger dexterity; visual acuity; ability to lift/carry/push/pull materials; ability to stand for extended periods of time in an area with limited climate control.  Prefer machine shop skills and general computer familiarity.

  •  Assembly Associate

    Assembly Associate

    Assembles parts as directed by work orders:  finish parts by laying out, trim, drill, countersink, fill, and sand.  Includes using small hand tools such as drills and sanders.  Must be able to read and understand written and verbal work orders; follow detailed, multi-step instructions; and communicate questions and suggestions.  Requires: hand/finger dexterity; visual acuity; ability to lift and carry materials; ability to stand for extended periods of time in a work area with limited climate control.  Prefer composite assembly experience.

  •  Press Operator

    Press Operator

    • Set up and operate presses and auxiliary equipment to cure and bond assemblies according to specifications.
    • Read and interpret shop orders to determine cure process specifications.
    • Connect thermocouples and vacuum lines to fittings on fixtures.
    • Adjust manual controls or enter commands in computerized control panel to regulate and activate press power supply, cooling system, vacuum, heat, and pressure gauges and recorders.
    • Monitor instruments, switches, and recorders and watch for warning signals during press operation to ensure conformance to specifications, and modify or abort process as required.
    • Maintain manual or computerized press processing records.

    Requires hand/finger dexterity; visual acuity; ability to lift/carry/push/pull materials; ability to stand for extended periods of time in an area with limited climate control.  This position is exposed to extreme heat and the noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
