LTC Completes Asset Purchase of ArmorStruxx
Leading Technology Composites (LTC), one of the nation’s largest and most diverse composite armor designers and manufacturers, today announced that it has successfully acquired the business assets and contracts of ArmorStruxx, a Lodi, California company.
“Today’s announcement represents our commitment to the ballistic armor industry as well as our strategy for growth,” said Todd Lair, President of LTC. “The asset purchase of ArmorStruxx will further enhance our industry-leading capacity, and we look forward to proudly serving their customers with the quality and delivery that they’ve appreciated and expected from both Armorstruxx and LTC.”
While the asset acquisition terms are not public, the contracts and key equipment will be transitioned to LTC’s Wichita, Kansas, manufacturing facilities beginning immediately.
