  •  Production Manager

    We need a highly motivated Production Manager to join our team!   We are looking for someone that is motivated to help create an atmosphere and culture to ensure our manufacturing department is customer focused and operates at peak efficiency.

    Production Manager’s Responsibilities: (but not limited to)

    Oversee a workforce of approximately 150-250 employees

    Strive to create the “LTC Culture” to ensure not only company success, but employee satisfaction as well.

     Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines.

     Set ambitious production delivery goals and make sure to communicate those goals in a way that empowers the whole team to succeed in meeting them.

    Has to have the mind set to figure out a way to “yes” to support the customer.

    Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees.

    We’re looking for someone with:

    Previous production manager experience, or at a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.

    Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as a group.

    A depth of technical understanding of both manufacturing and composites.

    Someone who is willing to continually learn and embrace the best practices to help keep the organization competitive for the long term.

  •  Manufacturing Engineer

    Summary:

    Provides technical support to enhance the production of parts made by company.

    • Provides technical support.
    • Engineers and provides support to Quality Assurance.
    • Provide manufacturing technician training.
    • Defect cost recap qualify, quantify and disposition
    • Liaison customer interface
    • Brainstorm and troubleshoot problems

  •  Debagging Technician - 3rd Shift

    Responsible to remove bagging material and tooling from cured parts. 

    Also trims/sands excess material from parts and makes ready for next step in manufacturing process. 

    Must be able to read and understand written and verbal work orders; follow detailed instructions; and communicate questions and suggestions to supervisor. 

    Requires hand/finger dexterity; visual acuity; ability to lift/carry/push/pull materials; ability to stand for extended periods of time in an area with limited climate control.

  •  Trim Technician

    Responsible trim parts for the next operation, including some sand/fill and use of powered hand tools such as drills and routers.  Must be able to read and understand written and verbal work orders; follow detailed instructions; and communicate questions and suggestions to supervisor. 

    Requires: hand/finger dexterity; visual acuity; ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; ability to stand for extended periods of time in a work area with limited climate control.

  •  Layup Technician - 2nd Shift

    Responsible for composite layup and bagging which would include:

    Cutting material, following template and/or work order;

    Apply layers of material to a mold or tool, pressing to fit contours and remove air pockets and wrinkles;

    Encase mold in bagging material, attach vacuum apparatus, and exhaust air to seal for curing. Test seals to ensure part will be properly cured.

    Must be able to read and understand written and verbal work orders; follow detailed instructions; and communicate questions and suggestions to supervisor.

    Requires: hand/finger dexterity; visual acuity; ability to lift/carry/push/pull heavy items; ability to stand for extended periods of time.

  •  Manufacturing Planner

    Facilitates the manufacturing cycle of a product by providing clear work order instructions and the appropriate Engineering Revisions to the appropriate production departments.  Develop, implement and maintain various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration.

    • Develop manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives.
    • Develop and integrate customer processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.
    • Review and approve supplier data to ensure manufacturing related requirements are met.
    • Investigate and resolve manufacturing related issues.
    • Perform producibility assessments for part or product designs.
    • Provide producibility input to design, manufacturing processes and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedules.
    • Execute engineering and planning changes including revising released work orders while maintaining system integrity.
    • Ownership and initiative are essential components when resolving problems and contributing recommendations.
    • Must be able to collect, analyze and interpret manufacturing data in order to make sound decisions and judgments that impact production, personnel and processes.
    • Must be able to prioritize assignments and work with minimal supervision while focusing on key task with limited time and resources.
    • Effectively liaise with quality, purchasing, production and other departments.
    • Lead and participate in team improvement processes.
    • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written.
    • Experience with Microsoft office tools is mandatory.
    • The ability to interpret and comprehend engineering drawings and specifications is mandatory.
    • Experience with an ERP system is mandatory; experience with Syteline is a plus
    • Incorporate engineering requirements into the manufacturing process as needed.
    • CATIA experience and utilizing electronic models is a plus.

  •  Production Expeditor

    Production Expeditor will coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within the manufacturing departments according to production schedules. Will coordinate with department supervisors and leads to determine progress of work and completion dates. Report on progress of works in process, rework/repair orders, and production problems. Responsible for status updates for material shortages on the floor. Will also notify project management team in a timely manner if a critical delivery is going to be late. Additional duties as assigned by management.

    Employees are required to work 40 hours per week and any required overtime, sometimes with little to no notice.

    Must have:

    • Ability to crawl, kneel, stand, walk, etc.
    • Reliable transportation to work.
    • High school diploma and/or equivalent.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
    • Knowledge of process and procedures relevant to a manufacturing environment.
    • Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures.
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
    • Ability to interact with internal customers.
    • Ability to set and successfully meet work deadlines.
