Meet Cody Nicks.
Cody started at LTC in March 2018 and quickly climbed to lead in the Inventory department before joining Procurement in December 2022. Cody implemented several processes to streamline the response time and accuracy of the team during his tenure in Inventory. It was therefore natural for Cody to focus on maintaining material availability and supplier relationships when he joined Procurement. From issuing purchase orders for all LTC facilities to becoming the buyer for half of the materials LTC uses in production, Cody didn’t stray far from his roots. Matter of fact, one could say he now sees and plays a crucial role in supporting the bigger picture.
For his dedication and tireless work, Cody won the LTC Employee of the Year Award in 2022. He continues to display the qualities of LTC’s Core Values today in all areas, from being Customer Centric both externally and internally towards our suppliers and his co-workers, to being Competitive (watch out, Corporate Challenge!), and exhibiting Stability when reviewing material cost and inventory space.
Quite often, the best way to support LTC is to show up. Cody succeeds at this and more on all fronts.
