Meet Derek Stafford.
Derek is LTC’s Production Control Analyst. In his brief 16 months with LTC, Derek built the company’s Manufacturing Operating System and plays a key role in advancing how LTC measures and monitors its MOS. This has given us sophisticated insight into our operational performance, allowing us to make better informed decisions.
Most recently, Derek completed the Press Optimization tool for LTC’s May Street facility. This tool has allowed us to strategically schedule work, optimizing press capacity and smoothing production flow through the plant.
Derek consistently displays his well-balanced skillset acquired during his career in production control. He blends hands-on experience with an exceptional analytical ability. His personable nature and ability to collaborate seamlessly across departments have made him a highly valued and well-liked team member at all of LTC’s facilities.
