Meet Kelley White.
Kelley is the third shift lead in the Ovens/Autoclaves area at LTC’s Custer facility. He has worked with distinction at LTC for ten years. His vast knowledge of the various parts, run processes, and equipment enables the department to maintain a high level of efficiency with minimal rework.
As a department lead, Kelley is the “first man in, last man out”: he is responsible for getting third shift up and running, and he is usually the last person on his shift to leave after completing daily tasks. He exemplifies the meaning of reliability and being a team player.
Kelley’s dedication has not gone unnoticed, and we hope he keeps up the great work!
