Meet Phuong "Kim" Ha.
Kim has worked on second-shift material cutting in the Layup department at LTC’s May Street facility for more than nine years, which led to her quick promotion as department lead.
From assisting her co-workers to completing every task in a timely manner to ensuring every task is done correctly, Kim displays key traits in all of LTC’s core values (Stable, Successful, Kind, Customer Centric, and Competitive).
Sometimes all a successful company needs is an employee with a “Git ‘er done!” mindset and a smile. We’re glad Kim brings both to the table.
