Meet Toni Bryson.
When Toni Bryson started at LTC in December of 2018, her department was still at LTC’s May Street facility. Since then, LTC has expanded and opened a separate warehouse for Inventory and Receiving. “I am proud to be a part of a successful growing business,” she told me.
Toni singlehandedly covers second shift Inventory and stages materials for third shift. She also issues all the materials used by kitcut/layup across all three shifts, as well as at our South Edwards location, on top of her normal inventory duties. In her time here, she has bounced between second and third shift as needed. She willingly takes on new challenges and learns additional duties. She takes great pride in accuracy, as well as ensuring the integrity of our products.
It’s safe to say Toni exhibits the traits of all five of LTC’s core values, from making frequent suggestions to prevent potential injuries (Stable) to meeting every deadline (Competitive) to ensuring departments on the production floor have what they need when they need it (Customer Centric—think about it: when your “customers” are your fellow employees, meeting their material requirements is just as much a priority as meeting the needs of our external customers).
