Meet Zack Peters.
Zack is the first shift lead in the CNC/Press/Waterjet area at LTC’s Custer facility. He has been a valued member of our NC Team for the Aerospace and Defense segments for over three years.
He has and will continue to be key in supporting the transition of equipment from one facility to another, including training, programming, scheduling and manufacturing. He is one of our 5-Axis waterjet operators, supporting both production and R&D efforts.
Zack exemplifies our Core Values. He is liked and respected by his co-workers; he is open and honest in dealing with others. He embodies leadership by accepting responsibility for all actions performed by his department. He is focused on supporting the customer with high-quality products delivered on time (for internal customers as well as LTC’s external customers).
We rely on Zack as one of our first responders, and he has proven to be invaluable in this role. He remains calm in the event of emergency situations and takes action when necessary to aid others.
Zack is a shining example of a kind, caring, honest, hardworking person, and we consider ourselves lucky to have him as part of our LTC family.
